Pharmacology serves as a cornerstone in understanding the complex interactions between drugs and biological systems, and its study is essential for advancing healthcare and improving patient outcomes. This work, titled "Comprehensive Pharmacology: Cardiovascular, Endocrine, Urinary Systems, and Autacoids", is an effort to provide an in-depth exploration of key pharmacological principles and their practical applications related to these critical physiological systems. The human cardiovascular, endocrine, and urinary systems, alongside autacoids, are vital in maintaining homeostasis and regulating essential bodily functions. The drugs acting on these systems have wide-ranging implications for treating various diseases, from hypertension and diabetes to hormonal disorders and renal dysfunction. This work aims to present a structured and comprehensive overview of the pharmacological agents targeting these systems, emphasizing their mechanisms of action, therapeutic uses, adverse effects, and clinical applications.
