An extensive account is given of psychiatric child guidance clinics and community organizations, club and recreational facilities, for dealing with child behavior problems.

Saffell, who was counselor and agent for Revolutionary War pension claims also includes lists of distinguished prisoners, Half-Pay Acts of the Continental Congress, Revolutionary pension laws, and a list of the officers of the Continental Army who acquired the right to half-pay, commutation, and lands.
